Returns
Due to the nature of our personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
