Local Pickup & Delivery

We proudly offer local pickup and delivery for customers in select areas of NYC & Northeastern Pennsylvania. Available options will appear during checkout when eligible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
