Return & Refund Policy

At Zenith Crown Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal-care nature of our hair and scalp products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns

Eligible unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, leaking, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used hair oils, hair mists, hair butters, and other personal-care products cannot be returned.

Sale items, promotional items, free gifts, and gift cards are also non-returnable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Zenith Crown Co.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post an approved refund.
